A few days ago I signed up for a new affiliate marketing company MarketLeverage. I am quiet impressed by their service and offers till date. To start with, I would say that they are a lot different from any other company. I am in India and I got a call from these guys to confirm my registration. They asked me since when I am in this industry and how much do I make from affiliate marketing and PPC. This makes one feel good that you have been getting personal attention. I was also introduced to my Manager with his phone, email and chat details. The start itself seemed to be good.

Apart from the first welcome, you will get a large variety of offers to promote using MarketLeverage. Anyone can join their program unlike other programs where you have to be from the US. Like I said, I am in India and I am a member now at MarketLeverage. You have a good chance of warning 5% of whatever the person whom you refer to makes. You will be making this money till the program exists which means lifetime. Now this is some unique offer I have seen sometime now.

The biggest and the best feature of the program is the commissions. They have the highest commissions compared to any other program. For anyone who wants to make money online and is looking for a good Affiliate Network, I would definitely recommend MarketLeverage as they are the best in the industry now.

I have been making some decent money with PPC programs and always wanted to make more money with affiliate programs. It has been observed that the rich guys out there make most of their money from affiliate marketing rather than PPC. Affiliate marketing also interests me because of the tricks you need to use in it. Its not that you do not need to know any tricks for making money via PPC (Pay Per Click) but its a bit more tougher in affiliate marketing which makes it more challenging and interesting.

I am not planning to make it huge as I cannot dedicate much time to this. I think you need to be glued to your adwords account and keep a track of whats happening all day. In my opinion a Sunday would be a great day for someone like me to start a campaign.

Steps I am taking to know more about Affiliate Marketing:

I have subscribed to few Online Money Making blogs. There are many such blogs but I opted to stick to 3 of the best blogs which really teach and explain you things about Affiliate Marketing.

Secondly, I have purchased an eBook which has helped me alot. Now, I am someone who would really run away from ebooks and we know there are thousands of such money making ebooks which are nothing but crap. This one of the unique books called ‘The Rich Jerk’s eBook’. The book has great tips on making money with affiliate marketing and is worth $9.95 ONLY!!!!. The language used is very simple and the steps provided are in detail which makes it a lot easier for someone like me who is new at affiliate marketing.

I’ll keep everyone posted on my journey in affiliate marketing no matter how good or bad it will be.

I wanted to write about this but don’t know why it always missed. I ahave a few blogs added to which I have subscribed via RSS and Email. I prefer going to http://reader.google.com to get the daily dose of all the posts. Below is the list and an explanation why I have chosen them.

1. John Chow - This guy needs no introduction. He makes huge amoun of money online and also provides great tips on how he makes money from his blog. His reviews are simply great and he keeps coming up with new ideas all the time. 

2. Shoemoney - Jeremy Schoemaker has wonderful posts about affiliate marketing and the latest happenings in the search engine world. I like this guy for being  what he is.  Shoemoney  writes whatever he wants and  dosent really care about what people think about him. He has a great fan following. I got to know him via Digitalpoint Forums.

3. Inside AdSense - For every serious AdSense publisher, this is a must. Subscribing to Inside AdSense will keep you up to date on latest changes, news and updates happening with Google AdSense.

3. Matt Cutts - Matt Cutts heads the spam department at Google. Subscribing to his blog is a must for everyone who owns at least one website and is serious on knowing how Google is treating it. Matt’s blog is an unofficial one but he really helps people by explaining the Dos and Donts forwebsites with respect to search engines.

4. Official Google Blog - Latest happenings and announcements from Google. They are coming up with so many products. One has to be up to date on this one.

5. Search Engine Roundtable -  Serious with SEO, SEM, link building etc.? You have to read this blog everyday. These guys have good updates all the time.

6. SEO Black Hat - I subscribed to them after having a look at a couple of their posts but nothing great after that. Seems like all the black hat tricks are paid (of which I am obviously not bothered of). I might unsubscribe from there pretty soon.

7. SEOMoz - SEO, SEO and more SEO. These guys really provide indepth knowledge of Search Engines, SEO etc. They also squeeze info about their employees and co-workers which makes the blog a bit more interesting.

8. Yahoo! Search Blog - YAAAAWN!!! Nothing much here but have to be up to date on whats up with Yahoo Search Engine.

9. Live Search’s Weblog - Again nothing much but have to keep up to date with this as well.

10. Inside AdWords - As an advertiser it is necessary to know about the latest happenings, changes and updates going on at Google.  More intrestingly, the new features and offers.

11. The Affiliate Toolbox - Checked this blog a few days ago. This guy gives real nice tips on making money with affiliate marketing.

12. 45n5 - Great tips on making money online. This guy has all his posts in form of videos which makes life more easy.

13. Alokk - Blog by a friend cum mentor of mine who is a handwriting expert. Excellent tips and a must read for every human being.

14. John Cow - Nice tips on making money online plus latest happenings and news on affiliate and search engine marketing.

I won’t say that these are the best blogs but are the ones I read everyday. If you think you have a blog that would interest me then please post in comments below.

As the topic says, thinking different and something out of the world always helps. I say it helps because it helps you make money. There are many bloggers who talk about how they made money but there are a very few or maybe none who would actually tell you how they MAKE money. Now there is a lot of difference between ‘made’ & ‘make’. I have recently come across some interesting blogs (not more than 20) where the bloggers actually open their secrets. I am not hiding them cos I don’t want you guys to make money but I want to study them more & I am sure they will make to my recommended blogs at the bottom very soon if they are really good.

This is what I have understood till date:

1. Bloggers post about 4-5 good posts to show people how rich they are.
2. People subscribe to these blogs expecting to make huge money as these guys are making.
3. The so called rich bloggers keep posting anything but making online stuff.
4. Subscribers comment and talk good about these bloggers expecting high traffic & good name in the blogging world.

As of now all I can say is think of a unique idea (I know its tough but that’s what is required). I really have some ideas in my mind which will be followed by this post. In case you guys have some tips, please leave your post or your blog URL in comments.

There are tons of articles on the Internet which tell you about hiding affiliate links. John Chow has a nice couple of posts here and here. Of course, I am not going to repeat same things on my blog but I would like to explain why everyone is hiding their affiliate links and why is it important for all of us to do so. Lets take an example of a advertiser website www.widgets.com. This website will have an affiliate link as www.widgets.com/?p=harry. We all know that clicking on the link and signing up or buying a product on the advertisers page will earn Harry some money. The link is easily visible on the status bar of the browser below. Gone are the days when people used to sign up regardless of the link shown. Nowadays, people don’t want you to earn money. There are many who would want to make money themselves. These guys will edit the affiliate link by simply going to www.widgets.com or Frank would goto www.widgets.com/frank and make money himself. This way you lose money by showing your real affiliate links to visitors.

 Hiding affiliate links have definetely given a boost to many advertiser’s earnings. If you haven’t done it still, do it now to earn more money

I heard this saying from a very senior person at work and was thinking over it since a month. The idea this guy gave me was to invest lot of money. His policy was ‘The more you invest, the more you gain’. I have a bunch of very close friends who keep on dealing in shares but that is a business which never got my interest. I do not know why but I have never got an interest in investing in shares.

Things do not stop me and my brain keeps on working all time all night. I remembered those words ‘Money Pulls Money’ and I started of thinking how I can use this to make money online. After a bit of research and updates with the Internet Marketing kings, I thought of throwing some money online. I got hold of a website which was selling an ad spot for $300 per month. The website gets about 20K plus unique hits relevant to my niche. Now this website of mine I panned to advertise is not famous for doing sales and most of the income is through AdSense. As expected, after a couple of days I noticed that this ad is too expensive for me as the CPC was too less.

What do I do next? I put a banner saying this ad spot is for sale on my website.

I waited for 2 days but there was no response? What do I do now? I bought a website review for $100 on a high traffic site. I got lots of traffic and emails where people were bidding for my ad spot which I was actually displaying for some loss. Eventually I had to decide….It was my money spent $100 + $300 = $400.

I sold the ad spot for $800 which gives me an income of $400 without any headache within 2 days. This was really a good income for me depending on my time and labor spent. I would definitely recommend such kind of activities to my readers to make money online.

To make things easier to understand:

Site A – Displaying Ads of Site B. (Spent $300)
Site B – Running a banner. (Income $150-$200 a month. Almost!)
Site B – Gets reviewed on Site C (Spent $100)
Site B – Gets traffic and the banner here gets sold for $800

Now, here I am huge traffic from Site A and Site C which is displaying banner for another site. As the traffic increases I might to do this more often and earn more money:d .

You can make good money just by lying…yea, by lying. I don’t know if this is the right way to say about it but its a nice marketing style. All you have to do is goto nice webmaster related forums and brag about you making lot of money over the Internet. The truth is that you have actually tried lots of options but haven’t had real success….and now you know it and you are letting others know about it. You can goto these forums and tell people how you made thousands of dollars in just few days. Tell them you have written about your “success story” and would sell it for less than $5. You will find lots & lots of members buying your book to make money. Your book need not be of 100 pages, a book of 5-10 pages would do wonders. What would you write in it when you did not make money? Lol. All you have to write is about some basic things… like AdSense optimization, selling someone else’s product and making money on ebay, affiliates etc. I have seen this being quite common nowadays and people are really making big money by selling such books. So what are you waiting for? Go write an E Book…Lot of kids are waiting to give you a dollar or more

My thoughts on his - Its quite obvious that a person making money won’t share his secret ever. Secondly, If a person really wants to let others make money as he does, then he would give his tips for free. This is just a money making trick. All you have to do is use your marketing skills and write a good e book with proper english & Grammar. All the best!!!
