More money from Google AdSense

There is an interesting post on webmaster world which talks about making most from Google AdSense. The post talks about rectangles, blending ads, more money on review sites etc. which is petty most common and known to everyone. The most important thing I have found in AdSense is using less ads no. of ads on a page.

Google generally displays high paying ads first on a page. This means you need to have your first ad right where you get more clicks. Many people tend to keep a 468×60 AdSense banner on the top right corner of the site. This may work very will for a high traffic site where people pay for CPM ads but may not work well for a website with average or a bit high hits. High paying ads will be displayed on the banner on top which receives fewer clicks. The ad/s below which get more clicks will serve low paying ads and hence less money.

I myself have experimented this on my websites and have increased my income. As always the main key on getting the most from AdSense is keep on experimenting. Most of the things work for all but some might not work for all. It’s always worth experimenting rather than ignoring what someone says about making more from PPC ads.
