Lot of people (mostly Indians) are not allowed to withdraw funds from Paypal and the withdrawal amount has been decreased for many. I noticed this when I saw that my withdrawal amount is $0.00. My account is verified and does not need any further verification. I have emailed Paypal regarding this issue and they have accepted that this is due to some issue in the system. Heres the email:

I am trying to withdraw funds but unable to do it. It gives me a message
saying this ‘You are limited to withdrawing $#.## USD per month if you have
not completed your enrollment in PayPal’s Expanded Use Program. Your total
remaining withdrawal amount is $#.## USD.’ When I goto my Credit Card page
I don’t see any link that asks me to complete my enrollment anywhere. I
have entered the # digit code sent to me long ago and have been withdrawing
funds with no issues.

Also, when I click my status, I see this message -

Your member status is: Verified
This means that you have completed your enrollment in PayPal’s Expanded Use
Program and can send an unlimited amount of money with your PayPal account.

I don’t understand why I am unable to withdraw funds now. Please help me
ASAP as I need to withdraw funds urgently.

Heres the reply from Paypal:

Hello my name is Yee Lun, I am sorry to hear about the situation regarding
the withdrawal limit, and understand your frustration and concern over this
issue. I will be happy to assist you with your questions.

By reviewing your PayPal account, I show that the withdrawal limit in your
account is not correct. We are aware of this issue and we are working on it
to resolve the problem.

If you need to withdraw the fund now, you may contact PayPal’s Customer
Service at 1-402-935-2080. When you are contacting PayPal from outside the
U.S., you must use the proper dialing instructions.

For future reference, this information is also located in the Help Center,
and is easily accessible by following these steps:

1. Visit https://www.paypal.com/.
2. Click the “Contact Us” link.
3. In the “Help by Phone” section click the “Customer Service Center”
link.

I understand your frustration regarding this matter and apologize for any
inconvenience it might have caused you.
